Hardwood Mountain Heroes

46 miles, 4500 feet of climbing, 2 class 4 sections, resupply in Plainfield and Cabot. 

We did this route in May and the mosquitoes were plague status over the mountain. Be prepared to cross a beaver pond, but you should be able to do so and keep your feet more or less dry. Beavers are tremendous architects.
